Track Order

Terms & Policies:

 

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmaiton of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at below track order.

 

For Security reasons, we ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes, AP Boxes or similar addresses.

 

Your order will be delivered through DHL / UPS / FEDEX Worldwide Express. Please allow us 48 hours to check your payment and charge your payment. After your payment was charged, we will have 24 hours to process your order. You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 24 hours for Croatia or 3~5 business days to delivery outside of Croatia to reach your hand through DHL/UPS/Fedex Delivery.

 

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
